This is the most popular package that clients choose. We take all the stress out of the bookkeeping, you just need to enter sales invoices, process payroll (if applicable) and pay your bills. We sort out the rest for you! You will receive an email once a quarter with your Business Activity Statement, Management Profit and Loss Reports and Superannuation payable details (if applicable).

Includes:

  • Monthly Reconciliation of all bank accounts and credit cards (on a cash basis using the Xero bank feeds we code / reconcile all the bank transactions to the relevant chart of account code).
  • Quarterly review of your accounts by a qualified Accountant / CPA / CA.
  • Quarterly Management Profit and Loss Reports.
  • Business Activity Statement – Quarterly Preparation and Lodgement.
  • Reconciliation of Payroll – ensuring the pay runs entered match what was paid from the bank account.
  • Preparation and Lodgement of Super Liabilities using Xero clearing house or SBSCH – provides you with a simple solution to paying super accurately and on time.
  • Preparation of PAYG Payment summaries (if applicable).
  • Preparation and lodgement of Taxable Payments Reports (if applicable).
  • Calculation of Fuel Tax Credits (if applicable).

Small print: This package is for a maximum 100 bank/credit card transactions per month and maximum 5 Employees.  Xero Subscription not included.

If you want to look after your own bookkeeping and just need a professional to look over it and sort out the Business Activity Statement lodgements then this package will suit you.

Includes:

  • Quarterly Reconciliation of all bank accounts and credit cards (you allocate all the ins and outs we just check the bank / credit card accounts reconcile).
  • Quarterly review of your accounts by a qualified Accountant / CPA / CA.
  • Quarterly Management Profit and Loss Reports.
  • Business Activity Statement – Quarterly Preparation and Lodgement.
  • Reconciliation of Payroll – ensuring the pay runs entered match what was paid.
  • Preparation and Lodgement of Super Liabilities using Xero clearing house or SBSCH provides you with a simple solution to paying super accurately and on time.
  • Preparation of PAYG Payment summaries (if applicable).
  • Preparation and lodgement of Taxable Payments Reports (if applicable).

Small print: This package is limited to 100 transactions per month. If there are substantial amounts of items that need correcting our Bookkeeper will work with you to train you to enter the bookkeeping correctly, or process the recoding for you. This service is $72.50 per hour including GST. Xero Subscription not included.
